Dalgona Coffee
Cocktail Ingredients:
- 30 ml Bazilio Coffee Cream Liqueur;
- 60 ml Bazilio Pistachio Cream Liqueur;
- 150 ml milk;
- 3 teaspoons instant coffee;
- 3 teaspoons sugar;
- 3 teaspoons water;
- 50 gr roasted pistachios;
- A dash of vanilla;
- Ice cubes.
Preparation: dissolve coffee, sugar and hot water, beat for a few minutes until emulsified. Pour ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously. Pour mixture into a mug. Garnish with crushed pistachios.
